Los alimentos que generalmente contienen más grasas, proteínas y carbohidratos a menudo calientan el cuerpo mientras se digieren los alimentos. Entonces, ¿cuáles son los alimentos que debemos controlar para mantener nuestro cuerpo fresco y saludable?

Los alimentos que comemos a diario tienen un impacto en nuestro sistema corporal de una forma u otra, especialmente cuando se trata de mantener y regular el calor en el cuerpo. Si bien estos alimentos pueden producir calor en su cuerpo, no significa que deje de comerlos; solo significa que no los consume en una gran cantidad que puede provocar problemas de estómago. La moderación es la clave para mantenerse saludable.
