Alimentos recomendados contra el coronavirus

Soy Jorge Carlos Fernández Francés y lamentablemente el coronavirus ya se ha considerado una pandemia a nivel mundial. Ante esto autoridades han pedido que no perdamos la calma y tomemos precauciones para combatir la infección.
Llevar unos hábitos saludables es esencial para disminuir el riesgo de enfermedades y contar con una alimentación sana y equilibrada es uno de esos hábitos que no debemos dejar pasar ante esta lamentable circunstancia.
Pero ¿Cómo debe ser nuestra alimentación para hacer más fuerte nuestro sistema inmunológico durante esta cuarentena?
Aquí algunos alimentos para elevar nuestras defensas:
·       Cereales: harina, arroz, pasta, pan, cereales de desayuno enriquecidos en hierro.
  ·       Legumbres: garbanzos, lentejas, quinoa.
  ·       Verduras y hortalizas: en conservas o congelados como, por ejemplo, espinacas, acelgas, zanahorias, calabaza, cebolla y ajo.
  ·       Frutas y frutos secos:, fruta deshidratada o confitada, mermeladas, papillas de fruta y frutos secos naturales o ligeramente tostados, como nueces, almendras, avellanas o pistaches.
·  Pescados y mariscos: bacalao y atún, conservas de pescado al natural o en aceite de oliva (sardinas, atún o ventresca), conservas de marisco al natural (almejas, y mejillones).
 Además de la alimentación, es fundamental hacer ejercicio físico de forma regular y descansar adecuadamente.
