2. Algunos estudios sugieren que cortar verduras con un cuchillo sin filo puede hacer que pierdan algunos de sus nutrientes. El uso de una cuchilla afilada puede minimizar el riesgo de crecimiento bacteriano y también puede evitar que las verduras se ablanden demasiado.
