Ingredientes
2 pechugas de pollo grandes, finamente rebanadas
1 cebolla morada, finamente rebanada
1 pimiento rojo en rodajasPara el adobo
1 cucharada colmada de pimentón ahumado
1 cucharada de cilantro molido
1 pizca de comino molido
2 dientes de ajo medianos, triturados
4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
Jugo de 1 lima
4-5 gotas de TabascoServir
6 tortillas medianas
bolsa de ensalada mixtaMétodo
PASO 1
Caliente el horno a 200C / 180C ventilador / gas 6 y envuelva 6 tortillas medianas en papel de aluminio.
PASO 2
Mezcle 1 cucharada colmada de pimentón ahumado, 1 cucharada de cilantro molido, una pizca de comino molido, 2 dientes de ajo machacados, 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, el jugo de 1 lima y 4-5 gotas de Tabasco en un recipiente con una pizca grande de sal y pimienta.
PASO 3
Agregue al adobo 2 pechugas de pollo finamente rebanadas, 1 cebolla roja finamente rebanada, 1 pimiento rojo rebanado y 1 chile rojo finamente rebanado, si lo usa.
PASO 4
Caliente una sartén hasta que esté humeante y agregue el pollo y la marinada a la sartén.
PASO 5
Mantenga todo en movimiento a fuego alto durante unos 5 minutos con unas pinzas hasta que obtenga un agradable efecto carbonizado. Si su sartén es pequeña, es posible que deba hacer esto en dos lotes.
PASO 6
Para comprobar que el pollo está cocido, busque la parte más gruesa y parta por la mitad; si alguna parte aún está cruda, cocine hasta que esté lista.
PASO 7
Ponga las tortillas en el horno a calentar y sírvelas con el pollo cocido y una bolsa de ensalada mixta.
