La pasta llegó a México durante la época colonial y ahora es muy común en los menús de restaurantes y en las mesas de la cena en casa.
Ingredientes
1 paquete de pasta
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen extra
½ kilo de carne molida
4 chipotles enlatados
1 lata de tomates triturados
Sal y pimienta para probar
½ taza de chile poblano cortado en cubitos (opcional) *
½ taza de queso cotija
Instrucciones:
Hierva una olla grande de agua, mientras, saltee la carne en aceite de oliva durante 4-5 minutos o hasta que se dore y se desmorone.
Agregue el chipotle y el chile poblano salteado durante 1 minuto, agregue los tomates triturados, 1 taza de agua y sazone con sal y pimienta; cocine a fuego lento durante 3-4 minutos.
Mientras la salsa de carne está hirviendo a fuego lento, cocine la pasta de acuerdo con las instrucciones del paquete, escurra y mezcle con la salsa picante, cubra con el queso y las cebollas verdes picadas antes de servir.
Nota: Puede sustituir el chile poblano por 1/2 taza de cebolla verde picada.
