¿Agua de limon? ¡No es ningún milagro! De hecho, no hay evidencia real que respalde la exageración de la salud.

Probablemente haya escuchado algunas de las afirmaciones locas sobre el agua de limón que «desintoxica» el cuerpo, ayuda a la digestión y reduce la «acidez» de su cuerpo, por nombrar algunos.

No me malinterpretes, no tengo nada en contra de los limones. ¡Son una fruta perfectamente sana! Exprima el jugo en mis ensaladas y pescado, mezcle todo en un batido lleno de fibra o agregue un poco de cáscara de limón a mis postres.

Pero en última instancia, a menos que te guste el sabor, no bebas agua con limón pensando que es una panacea para la salud …

Aquí está la ciencia:

Las afirmaciones de desintoxicación generalmente se basan en un malentendido de cómo funcionan nuestros cuerpos: nuestro hígado, riñones y otros órganos trabajan sin parar para "desintoxicarlo", por lo que no necesita "remedios mágicos".
