7 formas de agregar verduras a su dieta sin siquiera darse cuenta en invierno

Durante los inviernos, es imperativo incluir más verduras en nuestra dieta para una mejor digestión y un mejor suministro de nutrientes.

El invierno esta aqui. Es esa época del año en la que tendemos a tomar atajos al cocinar y nos volvemos perezosos. Preferimos mantenernos calientes y permanecer dentro de edredones. Esto da como resultado una movilidad reducida, que, a su vez, interfiere con nuestro proceso de digestión. Por lo tanto, es imperativo modificar nuestros hábitos alimenticios para los meses de invierno e incluir más vegetales de hojas verdes que son una gran fuente de nutrientes y se pueden digerir fácilmente. Pero comer verduras cocinadas de la misma manera todos los días puede resultar aburrido. Entonces, ¿qué tal intentar nuevas formas de hacer que estas verduras sean deseables nuevamente?

Aquí hay 7 formas en las que puede aumentar su consumo de vegetales este invierno, sin tener que hacer cambios drásticos en su dieta.

1) Haz un dal de verduras:

Las legumbres son una gran fuente de proteínas. En algunas áreas, la gente agrega lauki rallado al dal. En su mayoría, esto se hace con chana dal, pero también puede hacerlo con otras legumbres. 

2) Ensaladas:

Una ensalada es la forma más fácil de agregar verduras frescas a su dieta. Repollo, tomates, zanahorias, pepino, garbanzo y espinaca mezclados con un aderezo de yogur, miel, sal y pimienta: relamerse los labios y ser saludable, ¿no es así? Así es como puede hacer una ensalada mixta de verduras.

3) Salsas:

Si necesita algo más que una ensalada de verduras, elija salsas o bocadillos. En lugar de comer patatas fritas y dedos aceitosos, ¿por qué no comer alternativas saludables? Una gran ventaja de las salsas es que se pueden preparar con casi cualquier vegetal. Prueba a preparar esta sabrosa salsa de zanahoria o una salsa de tomate y apio.

5) Platos de salsa y curry:

Durante algunos días, también puede volver a las formas habituales de comer verduras. Hacer un plato de verduras mixtas es una forma interesante de agregar muchas verduras a su dieta. Otra forma es intentar hacer ghanta, un curry tradicional de verduras mixtas de Odia.

6) Batido:

Los batidos hechos con verduras de hoja como espinacas y zanahorias se pueden camuflar fácilmente con frutas como plátanos, piñas y mangos para preparar batidos. Cargado con nutrientes vitales, lo mantendrá hidratado y energizado. Prueba a preparar este batido relleno de verduras y proteínas.

7) Agregue verduras en avena:

Todos tenemos estos sabrosos platos a intervalos regulares. ¿Por qué no modificarlos y agregar una mezcla de nuestras verduras favoritas? Sería un gran refuerzo de energía para el día. 

No sería desagradable consumir su porción de verduras durante el día si sigue estas 7 formas de agregarlas a su dieta.
